Staffing & Hospitality – 3-day International Conference

Introduction

We provided full staffing for one of Europe’s most influential financial forums, which in 2025 celebrated its 25th anniversary in Copenhagen.

Our team was responsible for guest reception, service flow, conference support, and ongoing assistance throughout the event — all three days.​

​Purpose

To provide a professional, multilingual, and flexible team that could:

  • handle participant reception and registration
  • guide international guests
  • staff conference rooms and support areas
  • maintain continuous service and flow management
  • respond quickly to needs and changes in real time

​Deliverables

We were responsible for:

  • Coordination of staff (hosts · hostesses · waiters/waitresses)
  • Operating registration and information stations
  • Guiding participants between rooms and sessions
  • Flow management in plenary halls, networking areas, and common zones
  • Break and rotation schedules to keep energy levels high
  • On-site management, problem-solving, and communication throughout
